Description
This is a pile of new lumber, windows, hardware and aluminum roofing materials to build a 20x30 building. It is sitting right where it was delivered and has been covered by tarps for a couple of years. includes thick sheets of plywood for flooring, 2x4s and much more. The owner spent $4K on all of these materials that never got put to use. Lying in a pile. Buyer is responsible for loading it up and hauling it away.

Mr. Brunkin and his wife are moving and need to sell off the items in the yard. The preview and pickup for this auction will be done at their property in LIberty Hill. Items include 2 tractors, mower blade for tractor and other farming implements, RV that are fixer uppers for hunting leases or rentals, Chevy Van, Truck Tool Box, 8 foot Chicken Coop, new lumber, windows, siding and hardware needed to build a 20x30 building (it was delivered from Home Depot and never used and has been covered with a tarp), old bicycles that could be used for yard decor, Craftsman riding mower with a Kohler Engine and 46" cut and some very nice guitars. NOTE: The Mustang has been removed by the owner from this auction.
All items are being sold as is. 1% (4% with credit card payment) Buyer's Premium on items $1000 or more. 15% for items less than $1000. 3% cash discount if paid for with cash making the BP 12%. You can pick up your items on Saturday following the auction from 11am to 3pm ONLY! If alternate times are needed please let us know in advance. For items that you want shipped, the credit card on file will be charged. Shipping fees may be charged separately from your invoice once the cost is determined. An email will be sent to you for you to review your invoice and respond back with any concerns. Payment is due at the time of pickup or you may respond back to charge your card and ship your items. For orders that require shipping, the credit card you registered with will be charged. Please call us at 512-548-6704 if you have any questions or concerns.
Pick up is Saturday Only from 11am to 3pm at 240 River Road in Liberty Hill. If you need a time outside of these hours, just call us and we will schedule another time. The amount of shipping fees charged to you will be the cost that is determined by the shipper. In some instances that require a lot of extra packing supplies or labor, a handling fee may be charged, but this is rare. Shipping will be done using USPS Priority or First Class mail. For special circumstances we will ship UPS or FedEX if you request it. The credit card that you used to register with will be charged for items BEFORE any shipping is done. In certain instances, shipping fees may be charged separately once that is determined for larger items that we have to physically take to the shipper to get pricing for. We will charge a small fee if deemed necessary for special packing supplies needed to ship your item safely. Insurance may be purchased for fragile items. Bear in mind that large and/or heavy items will be charged additonal fees by the shipper. We will ship by ABF Freight if needed.
