1,a. Lizzie B's Auction House reserves the right to ban a bidder that violates the terms and conditions.
1,b. Lizzie B's Auction House reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we feel is warranted.
2. Lizzie B's Auction House reserves the right to remove any item from any auction we are administering prior to the fall of the hammer. Once, during a "Live Auction", the auctioneer pronounces an item sold, the contractual responsibilities between buyer and seller are binding. The same applies for the "Online Auction" once the countdown is complete.
3. All bidders must be at least 18 years old.
4. All items accept the 1980 Corvette Stingray are subject to local sales tax, CURRENTLY 8.25%. If you have a tax exempt status, please contact us to get it on file and registered in your bidder profile.
5,a. 13% buyer's premium (BP) will be added to each item purchased. For example, if an item is won for $100, the buyer pays $113 which includes the 13% buyer's premium.
5,b. We have a 3% discount on BP for cash purchases. Using the same example, if an item is won for $100, the buyer pays $110 which includes the 10% (13%-3%) buyer's premium.
6. If payment is made prior to pick up, buyers, or buyer's agent, must have a paid receipt at time of pickup or have buyer contact us and be able to show proper identification.
7,a. PAYMENT/ PICK UP: Pick-up is Sun. 14 January 2018 from 2-6pm & Mon. 15 January 2018 from 11am - 6pm. Please call or text "COOP" at (713) 835-8366 with any questions. All items are at the estate property in The Woodlands, TX 77381 in this auction! . The actual address will be provided with paid invoice. These are the only scheduled PU dates. Payment must be received by the last scheduled pick up date and time. On Tuesday, unpaid invoices will be charged to credit card used to register, and merchandise will be forfitted. We CAN NOT transport or store unclaimed items. DO NOT bid if you can not make the pickup dates. 7,b. All Items must be removed from the premises by the last scheduled pick up date and time. No Shipping on this auction. On Tuesday, all remaining items and funds will be considered abandoned and/or forfeited. If you have not picked up, you WILL loose your items. Once again, we CAN NOT transport or store unclaimed items. DO NOT bid if you can not make the pickup dates
8. UNPAID ITEMS: Bidders credit card on file with registration will be charged on Tuesday if payment has not been made by bidder by close of buisness Monday. The charge will be invoice includung tax plus $5 late payment fee.
9. Any items that are not picked up by 6pm Monday will be considered abandoned by buyer. Do not bid if there are any reasons preventing you from fulfilling your obligation as a buyer. You WILL be held financially responsible for your bid(s) and lose your merchandise.
10. ADDITIONAL AUCTION INFORMATION: WARRANTIES: All items are sold "As Is", "Where Is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind. We strongly recommend that bidders inspect all items during the scheduled preview. Preview will be at the estate property, the Friday before close of auction by appointment ONLY from 1-7pm call "COOP" at (713) 835-8366 to schedule preview appointment and directions. IF NO APPOINTMENT MADE, there will NOT be anyone at the property to allow you access to view the items.
11. CONDITION OF ITEMS: Lizzie B's Auction House will give a description of all items to the best of our ability. If an item is listed as "working", this means that the item at minimum powered on at time of listing.. If not tested, we will not use "working" in the listing/ wording.
12. SOFT CLOSE/BID EXTENSION: Our auction lots close by a soft close. The closing time of a lot is extended by 3 minutes when a bid is received on that lot in the last 3 minutes of the lot auction. This is to allow other bidders a chance to change their bid if they so choose, much like a live auction.
13. STAGGER: There is a 20 second stagger between each lot. The first lot will begin ending at the designated time, the second lot 20 seconds later, and so on. This is to allow more convenient bidding as not all items end at once.
14. Most Lots start at $3.00 and run without reserve. There occasionally will be a few items that will have higher starting bids.
15. DISCLAIMER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lizzie B's Auction House and/or our consignees has no, takes no, and in no way implies that it has or takes ANY responsibility for anyone's stupidity. Please do not climb on, jump on, run around, or ANY thing else that may hurt you. When you are on ANY of our sites, be it our warehouse or an offsite location, you ARE self-insured, we have NO insurance to cover you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you are acknowledging your own responsibility.
