This is a Pre-Black Friday Coin Auction with Free Domestic Shipping on winning bid totals of $50 or more, in addition the first 8 items (1A to 1H) in the auction will be given away in a drawing after the auction closes. A video or a link to the video of the drawing will be posted on my website (www.randomcoinauction.com) for all to see. The rules and procedures for the items being given away are below: 1) To be eligible you have to have an invoice number, which means you have to win at least 1 item and must be paid in full by 11/18 at 7:00 AM Central Time. Make sure your credit card on file is up to date. Once you register, any changes you make to your account are not received by my system, for that matter if you need to change your credit card on file, please call me at 832-663-5484 shortly after the auction closes. If you will not be available at that time, you can call me with your credit card information earlier, but please only if necessary. 2) Only one prize per individual will be awarded. Once your invoice number is drawn it will no longer be eligible to win another prize. Invoice numbers will be placed in a tub and randomly drawn out. 3) Each person registering for the auction and winning at least 1 item will have their invoice number placed in the tub. Additional entries with your invoice number will be placed in the tub with the following rules: 1) 1 entry for each Random Coin Auction you registered for. 2) 1 entry is awarded for every $500 bid, you do not need to win the item to receive the entries. On Sunday 11/18 using the rules above, I will put all of the invoice numbers into a tub and draw them out one at a time until all 8 items have been awarded. The first number drawn will be awarded item 1A, the second will be awarded 1B, etc. I will make all calculations for entries into the drawing and place the required number of entries into the tub. The drawing will be conducted by me and all decisions as to number of entries, winners of each item and any unforseen details that come up will be made by me and will be final with no recourse.
