These items are new in box and some have some minor box damage. This auction includes a large selection of air fryers, keurig coffee makers, safes,hardware,assorted furniture, storage benches,toys , lawn and garden, electronics, tools,art work, and much more. All of these items are located at our Conroe TX location at 2418 N Frazier Conroe TX 77303. Preview will be Wednesday 2/24 from 10-5. Pick up for items will be Friday 2/26 and Saturday 2/27 from 9-5. No exceptions will be made for late pick up! Please bring your own help for heavy items. We will be doing "No Contact" Pick up. You will be required to load all items in your vechicles Our Office will be open for payment. No late pick up will be allowed for this auction as we will be bringing the next auction in right behind this one and do not have room to store your items. If you cannot pick up on our stated pick up dates please do not place a bid. Any open invoices or items that are not picked up on time will result in a loss of future bidding priveleges.
