We do not allow for late pick ups. We are unable to hold items. Any items left at our office after 15 days will be re-sold or donated without issuing a refund. COVID update: Call us when you arrive at our location and we will bring your items outside. Payment: Your card on file will be charged after the close of the auction. We accept cash payments. If you wish to pay cash, notify us prior to the close of the auction. If you are tax exempt, please add a note in the "note to auctioneer" box when registering. We must have an exemption form on file for you. Preview dates: Contact to schedule. Once you register, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. All bidders must be at least 18 years old and provide valid proof of ID at the time of pick up. All items are subject to local sales tax. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each item purchased. For example, if an item is won for $100, the buyer must pay $110 which includes the 10% buyer's premium. MOTOR VEHICLES: A $20 title preparation fee will be added to each vehicle purchased. PAYMENT: We accept cash, credit card and Paypal payments. An invoice will be sent by email following the close of the auction. Please allow up to two hours to receive the invoice. Payment may be made by credit card online through the link on the invoice. Cash or credit payment at the time of pick-up is also accepted. AUCTION PICK UP: All items are to be picked up during a scheduled pick up time at 13003 Murphy Rd Suite D-2, Stafford, TX 77477 (832-350-2435). Buyers must be able to show identification at the time of pick up. If someone else is picking up your items, please send us written notice to info@bullseyebids.com. The person must be able to show identification at time of pick up. We will have at least one employee available to help load up items. If you have a large item, please bring additional help. Make sure you come prepared with the proper vehicle, straps, moving blankets, etc. to properly transport items. If you are unsure what is needed to pick up your items, please contact us and we will be more than happy to advise you of what is needed. Bullseye Bids is not liable for any damage to items while or after loading. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WRAPPING, BOXES, STRAPS, ETC. FAILURE TO PICK UP: Items must be picked up during one of the scheduled pick up times unless other arrangements have been made prior to bidding. We understand that extenuating circumstances may prevent you from picking up your items. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible to make othe arrangements. Bidders that do not pick up and pay for their items by the deadline will be banned from future auctions. AUTOMATIC CHARGE OF CARD/LATE PICK UP: If payment is not received by the last scheduled pick up time, your card on file will be charged. You will have an opportunity to schedule a time to pick up or pick up during our next scheduled pick up within 15 days. If a bidder is consistently picking up items late, we reserve the right to block them from future bidding. ITEMS PAID FOR AND NOT PICKED UP: Any items not picked up within 14 days will be deemed forfeited. Bullseye Bids reserves the right to re-list or donate any forfeited items without notifying the buyer. It is not our procedure to remind buyers to pick up items. WARRANTIES: All items are sold "As Is", "Where Is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Bullseye Bids strongly recommends that bidders inspect all items by scheduling a preview. We do our best to picture items as they are and capture any flaws. However, at times items do look different in size, color or condition in person. CONDITION OF ITEMS: Bullseye Bids will give a detailed description of all items to the best of our ability. If an item is listed as "working", this means that the item at minimum powered on. Bullseye Bids will not be held responsible for an item not working once it has left our premises. If an item is tested and it does not work, we will list it as not working or not list it at all. At times, we do not have the ability to test an item. In this case, we will not list the item as working or not working. SOFT CLOSE/BID EXTENSION: Our auction lots close by a soft close. The closing time of a lot is extended by 2 minutes when a bid is received on that lot in the last 2 minutes. This is to allow other bidders a chance to bid higher if they choose, much like a live auction. It also eliminates sniper bidding, where a bidder places a bid in the very last seconds of an auction to prevent others the opportunity to respond to the bid. STAGGER: There is a 30 second stagger between each lot. The first lot will begin ending at the designated time, the second lot 30 seconds later, and so on. Right now he and his family are moving. And Rusty is bringing you the things that didn't make the cut. At the top of that list are four large prints of seminal moments in Donald Driver's career. Three of them are printed on metal. We are very excited because he has agreed to personally autograph them for the winning bidders!! So maybe, winning one of them could be a seminal moment for you! It could happen. There are other very cool items in this sale. High end home electronic components and televisions. Two arcade video games: Pac Man and PGA Virtual golf. A mini-gym including 26 piece dumbbell set, weight bench, weights and rack, two old school stationary bikes (no electronics, just sweat), a rack of medicine balls, massage table, Brookstone massage/zero gravity chair, slate top pool table. Great furniture including two sectionals, Robb & Stuckey chairs, English & Italian style arm chairs, four beds, dressers, a wall-size dressing mirror, two sectionals, chaises, bar stools, two dining tables, Hooker partner's desk. Three leather theater seating sectionals. What else? you may ask. How about women's Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Converse shoes. A full length fur coat (that would have come in handy last week), original art. Two sets of washers & dryers, over 1500 DVDs, over 100 feet of Christmas garland. At 9" in diameter, they have to store it by draping it over shelf brackets and weaving it back and forth over two walls. Look at the pictures. It's amazing. And patio furniture spread over several levels of the property. Very nice chaises and chairs and tables. Please remember to bring help to load. And tools. And packing material. The ladies who normally staff our pick ups will not help you bring those 26 dumbbells up the steps (a few of them weigh over 50 lbs).
