Auction closes starting at 6:00 pm CST Friday March 5, 2021. This is a soft close with the first lot beginning at 6 pm with another lot closing every ten seconds. If a bid comes in within the last two minutes of an items closing, the clock will reset for another two minutes and will continue to reset with each bid until bidding stops for that item. You must register for the auction with the credit card you intend to use for payment. All sales are final. All bids are final. We will not remove bids in error or for bidders remorse. If you place a bid on an item that bid will remain. All items are sold *as is-where is* with all faults, blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. Address will be sent to winning bidders. Pick up times are firm. This is an in home auction and we will not have access to the items after the posted time. All items must be picked up during the published times. If you cannot make pick up during the established times DO NOT BID. Do not risk placing a bid hoping we can store your items for a later pickup. We do not have the storage space or the resources to store your items. If you choose to bid and fail to pick up your items during the published times your items will be forfeited without refund. Failure to abide by pick up times may result in loss of bidding privileges. **SHIPPING SERVICE** Packages can be up to 150 lbs. Packages can be up to 165 inches in length and girth combined. Packages can be up to 108 inches in length. Packages with a large size to weight ratio require special pricing and dimensional weight calculations. Once you receive your quote for shipping you have three days to approve the charge. If we do not receive an approval agreeing to the shipping amount from you then your items will be forfeited and disposed of at our discretion. Out of area bidders may want to refrain from bidding on items that are costly to ship such as but not limited to books, oversized items and extra heavy items. DFW Estate Liquidators will be held harmless from any shipping related damages. Please note, we are unable to ship TV's or furniture. Some items are also noted that they are too fragile to ship. If you choose to ship art that is larger than 25" you will need to purchase an art shipping box. Box prices are available on the Uline website. Persons attending an auction preview or auction during removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore.
