1. Everything must be paid in full at the close of business on Tuesday, 03/09/2021. If we do not hear from regarding payment by the end of the business on 03/09.2021 the card on file will be charged. 2. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made by the consignor. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 3. The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. If he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes". 5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to except bids in any incremements feels is in the best interest of his client the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. 6. Schedule for item(s) to to be picked up will be Tuesday, 03/09/2021 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Times are Central Standard Time. Platinum Auction Company does not guarantee the authenticity of the items in this sale. 9. There will be a 15% buyers premium for this auction. 10. All applicable gun laws will be observed on firearms. All buyers will fill out a 4473, show ID, and subject to FBI background check before possession of firearms will be transfered to buyer. If buyer is unable to take possesion of firearm a 20% stocking fee will be assessed. (If you cannot pass to backgroud check, please do not bid on firearms.) A fee of $25 per firearm will be charged for FFL paperwork. Out of state residence must have firearms transfered to a FFL (Federal Firearm License) in their state of residence and buyer must take possession from them.
