Local Pickup Customers: Local pickup is restricted to those who purchased multiple lots. Due to COVID precautions we are requiring all pickup requests to be made in advance after making payment for your purchases. This will allow us to pull your items ahead of time, control the number of people picking up at the same time, and allow you to get in/out with your purchases faster. Pickup dates can be arranged between 3/14 through 3/17 subject to staff availability. Shipping Customers: If you are local to the DFW area and would like to have your items shipped please reply to this email. If you are not a local customer we will automatically put your order through the shipping process. There is no need to contact us to request shipping. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to pack up and get an invoice for the shipping cost sent to you. If you have an alternate shipping address please respond to this invoice email. It is the customers responsibility to file an insurance claim if it is needed upon recieving your items. See below for shipping guidelines. -Padded envelope will be at the cost of postage plus $2 handling fee. -USPS Flat rate shipping boxes will be at the cost of the postage of the flat rate box plus a $3 materials and handling charge per box. -USPS Priority mail shipping in a new box in various sizes up to the size of 24" x 18" x 18" will be at the cost of postage plus $10 - $20 materials and handling charge per box depending on size and amount of packing materials needed per box. -Anything that does not fit in the size boxes listed above will be sent via UPS or FedEx and shipped. Shipping Insurance is not included and is the responsibility of the buyer to purchase if desired. All damage claims will be between the buyer and the shipping carrier.
