Furniture lots will be assessed a fee of 10.00 per piece per day or 60.00 per piece per week if they do not fit on a standard 48" x 40" pallet. Items left past 2 weeks will be considered abandoned and will be re-auctioned in order to recover storage costs. No refunds will be given on abandoned merchandise and the bidder may lose their future bidding priveleges.
