TERMS AND CONDITIONS **There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased.** You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this. *PAYMENT TERMS: ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PROCESSED ONLINE THROUGH the SQUARE invoice that will be sent within 24 hours after the auction closes on Tuesday September 22nd. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. There will be NO CASH PAYMENTS OR ANY OTHER "IN-PERSON" Payments.* Payment Types: ONLINE Invoice through Square invoice. All buyers must have a paid receipt from ATX -Alvin Auctions at time of pickup. If a registered buyer is not the person picking up we will need an email sent with the name of that person picking up.
