Description	Firearms & Ammunition. We should probably stop with that terse description since to do these items justice would require us to write a book rather than a couple short paragraphs. But to try to whet your appetites and snare your attention, here's a quick glimpse. An extensive selection of sportsman and military related firearms are up for auction. Additionally, we have hundreds of boxes containing thousands of rounds of ammunition. Military collectors will be grateful for the wide selection of British Lee Enfield rifles. (Our client bought the entire collection from an East Texas museum.) There are Russian, Czech and Italian pistols as well. Plus an extensive selection of WWII flare guns. There are 1911's and black powder pistols and many 19th Century replicas...and a few originals. Many pistols in presentation cases with extra accessories. The ammunition spans the gamut in caliber--mostly .22 to .45. There is ammo box after ammo box filled with military ammuntion. A lot of it in mags with vintage cloth bandoliers. And a good portion in strip clips or in continuous feed belts. Enough to keep the everyday shooter happy as well. Plenty of .223, 9mm, .38 and .45's with shotgun shells found by the box full. There are dozens of boxes of vintage ammuntion. Here's your chance to get some hard to find makes and calibers to add to your collection--or start one. NOTE REGARDING GUNS!!!: *******PLEASE READ******* Firearms are not being kept on site at the location in Arlington , firearms are located in Terrell, Texas with the FFL Dealer. This includes all firearms- black powder, pellet guns, BB guns and flare guns. These do not require any processing by the FFL but are being stored there at the owner's request. Regrettably, the number of firearms in this auction will not allow for a preview. Guns will be picked up in Terrell at the gun store during business hours after you pay for your invoice at the pickup location in Arlington, TX. Buyers will be charged a $30.00 fee per gun transaction COLLECTED AT GUN STORE for transfer and background check. You must have your paid invoice present to pick up your gun and it will only be released to the person named on the invoice. If you have a FELONY on your record, DO NOT BID ON THE GUNS ... If you do purchase a gun and do not pass the background check, the gun will not be given to you and your money will NOT be refunded, if there is any doubt in regards to the background check, DON'T BID! To prevent long wait times when picking guns up from the gun store during business hours, there will be a time slot sign up sheet at the pickup location in Arlington. When you pay for your gun you will be asked to pick a time on the sign up sheet. This will ensure people are picking their guns up at staggered time intervals to allow for the paperwork and background check to be completed and cut down excessive wait times. FFL Dealer 972-563-2228 Information provided directly by the gun store: Long Guns – Must be 18 years of age or older (Residence can be any state) Handguns – Must be 21 years of age or older (Residence must be Texas) or it can be shipped to an FFL in the state where you live. You must have your Driver’s License with you when you complete the Form 4473. Current address on the 4473 must be the same as what’s on your current Driver License. You must be able to pass a NIC’s background check or have a Texas Concealed Handgun License or License to Carry Handgun Permit, to take the gun home with you Buyers who plan to come to B&B Guns and More to pickup their gun(s) purchased will be charged a $2.00 per day, per gun storage fee beginning February 18, 2019. Buyers who plan to use a credit/debit card for the $30.00 transfer fee will automatically be charged a 3.95% fee to run the card. To avoid this fee, please bring cash. We will start shipping guns to buyers who want them shipped as soon as the "Mad Rush" starts calming down. These buyers will need to have their FFL personnel fax me a copy of their FFL at 972-563-4021 or email it to me at dbburns@swbell.net. They need to include the buyers name on the FFL copy (must be same name as on the paid invoice). Bidding A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agree to be bound by them. In the event of non-payment during posted pickup days, we reserve the right to charge the outstanding invoice balance to the credit card you provided upon registration. Failure to honor your bid may result in loss of bidding privileges. Payment Rusty by Design accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and cash. We do not accept checks or cashier checks. All credit card and cash payments shall be processed by Rusty by Design. Authenticity Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition etc. Auction The Auction house owners, employees and consignors reserve the right to bid on any items in auction. Persons attending preview or auction during removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held including but not limited to personal injury, fire or theft. If foregoing conditions or any other applicable conditions are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to Auctioneer and Seller by law, including without limitation, the right to hold the purchaser liable for the bid price, auctioneer at his option may 1) resell the property publicly or privately, with the purchaser being liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs incurred or 2) cancel the sale, retaining all liquidated damages on all payment made by purchaser. Pickup Times Pick up times are firm unless extenuating circumstances warrant i.e., acts of nature, etc. All items must be picked up during the published times. Again, if you cannot make pickup during the established times, DO NOT BID. If you do choose to bid and fail to pick up your items during the published times, we will charge the credit card on your file and your items will be forfeited. Failure to abide by the pickup times may result in loss of bidding privileges. Governing Law The laws of the state of Texas govern this agreement. Any and all lawsuits must be filed in Dallas County courts and the Northern District of Texas. Indemnification Buyer shall indemnify Rusty by Design against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney’s fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. Buyer agrees to indemnify Rusty by Design for any damages or losses. Buyer will not hold Rusty by Design, it’s owners, affiliates or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase. Intellectual Property By submitting any images to Rusty by Design for the purpose of sale, marketing, or any use on our website, you grant Rusty by Design world wide non-exclusive license to use the image on any and all marketing collateral digital, printer or otherwise. Trademarks All trademarks, service marks, and copyrights owned by Rusty by Design shall not be used without written permission. This includes the name Rusty by Design, Rusty Auction, any and all website URL addresses and abbreviations of such. We will bring your winning bids back to our Gallery in Forney and store until the next Gallery pickup.
