Buyer must submit tax exemption form to Janabees Treasures for EACH auction BEFORE close of auction to avoid sales tax being charged. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged. Janabees Treasures and/or Seller shall not be liable for any reason of any defect in or condition of the merchandise or premises in which the sale is held. Packaging and Shipping are the responsibility of the BUYER solely. Arrangements made with by Buyer and are independent of Janabees Treasures and are between the Buyer and shipper ONLY.
