All items are sold as-is, where is. Bids received are a verbal contract between the auctioneer and the bidder. Bidders are expected to honor their bids pay for them accordingly. HammerDown Auctions LLC will remove bids and guarantee your money back if items are not as they are described or photographed. For example, if we say that something is Sterling Silver and it turns out that it is not, we will cancel your bid or refund your money. We stand behind what we sell and advertise. There will be a 15% buyer's premium added to your bids at the time of checkout. All state and local taxes will apply unless you present a valid Texas Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.

Payment Terms	We accept all major credit cards and cash. We will also accept Paypal, but there is a 3% fee for doing so. Cash payers will receive a 3% discount at the time of payment. Please provide the 3 digits on the back of the credit card that you wish to use when you register. Write it in the NOTES TO THE AUCTIONEER so we won't have to call and bug you about it.

Shipping / Pick Up

Please pick up your items on the Friday or Saturday following the auction from 11am to 3pm. Please pick up your items on time becasue we do not have room to keep your items for very long. Also, you run the risk of something happening to your items if left here for a period of time. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT AFTER THE OFFICIAL PICK UP DAYS.
